I am unable to deploy notification Hub.

It seems like you are facing an issue with deploying the Notification Hub where the deployment is stuck at "Get Namespace Resource" meaning the Hub namespace is created, but the Hud itself isn't deployed. Here are few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue.

• Sometimes, Azure services might experience outages or issues. Check the Azure status page to see if there are any outage issues with Notification Hud or related services. Since you mentioned looking at the activity log, continue to monitor it for any error messages or warnings, proceed to the next steps that could provide more insight into why the deployment is stuck.
• If the namespace of the hub is created but the hub itself is not deployed, just redeploying can fix temporary problems. You can remove the partially deployed resources and redeploy. or Deploy the Notification Hub Manually: Go to Notification Hubs, click on your namespace => Select + Notification Hub then add the hub name and necessary settings => Click Create.
• Few Azure regions may have limited support for Notification Hubs, re-check the supported regions in the Azure Notification Hubs documentation.
• You can use Azure CLI or PowerShell commands to check the status of your resources. For example, you can list the deployed Notification Hubs namespace and hub using the following commands: CLI:

     az notification-hub show --resource-group <YourResourceGroup> --namespace-name <YourNamespace> --name <YourHubName>
  

  PowerShell:

    Get-AzNotificationHub -Namespace "<YourNamespace>" -ResourceGroup "<YourResourceGroup>"
