Sharepoint On Prem connection not persistent from full cloud device
Hello everyone
Currently my company is running Sharepoint on prem.
Whenever i go to sharepoint > library > connect and export > open with explorer
This gives a windows security popup and asks for credentials.
Also the same behaviour when i link it directly to explorer.
Once I fill in the credentials + save them. Then I can find them in my credential manager.
But every logoff it shows the popup again.
While the credentials are still saved in credential manager.
I also don't see a kerberos ticket when I do KLIST in explorer.
My device is full cloud, while my user is a hybrid user.
This sharepoint runs as IE11 Compatibility mode as a intranet site.
I tried mapping it with my AD user account , with my email address.
My guess would be that this action goes through WebDAV and does a NTLM request which is non persistent for my full cloud device and can never be.
Could someone assist why this is not persistent and what I can do to fix it (aside moving to sharepoint online) ?
