Why troubleshooting is blocking me to create a support ticket?

the app is not responding at all in the azure portal.

If the Azure Container Apps ca-dt-kontentai-staging-docgen and ca-dt-kontentai-staging-sf aren't responding, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:

Check the Status of the Apps

Start by going to the Azure Portal and checking whether both container apps are in a “Running” state. Also, take a look at the active revisions—sometimes the latest revision might not have deployed correctly. Keep an eye on the CPU and memory usage as well in case the app is getting throttled or running out of resources.

Look at the Logs

Open the logs for each app under the “Monitoring” section. See if there are any errors during startup, crashes, or network issues. You can also check the logs using the Azure CLI with the command found in the reference document

Roll Back or Recheck Recent Changes

Think about any recent deployments or config changes—new image versions, environment variable updates, or redeployments through a pipeline. If something changed recently, it might be worth rolling back or checking deployment logs.

If you’ve enabled Application Insights or Dapr, you can get deeper insights into what’s going wrong. The metrics explorer might also help you identify request failures or container restarts.

Azure portal is not loading the container app so no option to check stauts, logs or Diagonstic.

It is only showing three dots as symble of loading

I tried to collect some logs using az commands but getting "Internal Server Error({"error":{"code":"InternalServerError","message":"Internal server error occurred. correlation ID: fee6eb2e-8611-4712-b792-940c4118d3c5","details":null,"target":null,"additionalInfo":null,"traceId":null}})"

Thanks for your patience and time over the offline discussion, I have checked with Internal team on this and sharing the below.

Upon investigating further, team has confirmed that this is caused due to recent deployment, and they rolled back the deployment.
