    Hi Willie Castillo,

Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'rhel-9-for-x86_64-appstream-eus-rhui-rpms': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried indicates that your Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system, running on Azure, is unable to fetch repository metadata from Microsoft's Red Hat Update Infrastructure (RHUI).

I understand that you're running RHEL 9.2, but the system is trying to pull 9.4 EUS metadata (note the rhel9/rhui/9.4/... in the URL), which is likely mismatched or misconfigured. Enable the Standard RHUI Repos. https://access.redhat.com/articles/rhel-eus

    Images connected to EUS repositories

If you provision a VM from a RHEL image that is connected to EUS repositories, it isn't upgraded to the latest RHEL minor version when you run sudo yum update. This situation happens because the images connected to EUS repositories are also version-locked to their specific minor version.
