It seems to be an internal server error (backend issue probably) from the screenshot. You can find more details in Activity log of the resource.
You can also enable routing of all logs to log analytics workspace or storage from Diagnostics setting under Monitoring section.
You can draft custom KQL queries to run in Logs section of Log analytics workspace.
