Hi MS Team,

I have created a CLU model in language studio I have been using this application. It seems the key format has been changed and the key provided is longer in length compared to previously, as a result I am facing issue while running my bot application. The key works well in portal.

    Hello manish chitre,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.

This issue might be due to the recent change in the key format for Azure Language Studio, which has been causing similar problems for other users.

However, check your appsettings.json file to ensure the key is correctly entered without any discrepancies. If you are using environment variables, make sure they are correctly set and accessible by your application. Also, your Bot Framework and related packages should be up-to-date to handle the new key format. If the issue persists, contact Microsoft Priority Customer Support.

I hope this is helpful! Do not hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions or clarifications.

    Hello @manish chitre ,

There is an ongoing issue while deploying the bot service through language studio portal, our internal team is looking for it.

As a workaround you need to manually configure the template and deploy it.

Here is the full steps provided in this Qna case.

So, try creating bot service using above steps and check if the same issue persists.

Let me know if you have any query.

    Thank you
