Here are steps:

1.Go to the Central Administration -> Under the "Upgrade and Migration" section, select "Convert farm license type." -> Check the current license status displayed on this page.

If you are on the Enterprise edition of SharePoint, then you will get this page.

2.If you are using SharePoint standard edition, you want to Enable Enterprise Features. In the "Convert farm license type" section, enter your Enterprise product key in the provided field -> Click "OK" to apply the key.

3.After successful application, the license status should update to reflect the Enterprise features.

4.Go to the Central Administration -> Under "Upgrade and Migration", select "Enable Enterprise Features." -> Choose Enterprise in the "Select Feature Set" section.
