How to void my bill charged by Notification Hubs - Availability Zones

I was using Azure Notification Hubs in free tier for sometimes. However I was charged by this year with Notification Hubs - Availability Zones which it should not activated by me.

I would like to ask it is normal to charge with Notification Hubs - Availability Zones with Free tier for Azure Notification Hubs.

The Free tier is limited to a certain number of devices and push notifications, and it does not include premium features like Availability Zones. If you have inadvertently activated these features, you may be charged for them. To avoid unexpected charges, it’s important to ensure that you're only using the features included in the Free tier.

It appears that Notification Hubs - Availability Zones is a feature available only in the Standard and Premium tiers, not the Free tier. It’s possible that your Notification Hubs instance was unintentionally upgraded from the Free tier to one of the paid tiers, which could explain the charges for features like Availability Zones.

You can check the pricing tier of your Azure Notification Hub by logging into the Azure portal. This will help you determine if your Notification Hubs instance is still on the Free tier or if it has been upgraded to a paid tier.

Please confirm if your Notification Hub is still set to the Free tier in the Azure portal, or if it was upgraded to a paid tier?

Have you checked your billing statement in the Azure portal to check for specific charges under Notification Hubs - Availability Zones?

Have you received any updates from the Microsoft Billing Team to resolve your issue?

I did not upgrade to paid tier since it is a testing purpose back in 2024 or 2023 and was not touch up for long time.

I was checking process with Azure Billing team for the specific charges under Notification Hubs - Availability Zones.

There is one Support Professional assists me to checking my request or issue through email currently.
