In the Office apps for Mac, the option to control the number of recent workbooks displayed, such as "Show this number of recent workbooks," is not easily found. Efforts have been made to search through Google and AI tools for guidance, but a solution has not been discovered. An image is attached for reference.

The goal is to disable the display of recent worksheets every time any application like Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, or Excel is opened. Is there a user-friendly way to manage this in Mac versions of Office?
