I cannot create a new resource: Azure cache for Redis

It looks like the Azure for Students Starter subscription has some limitations on the types of resources you can create. Unfortunately, Azure Cache for Redis is not available under this subscription.

You might want to consider upgrading to a different subscription, such as the Azure Free Account or a Pay-As-You-Go subscription, which would allow you to create a wider range of resources, including Azure Cache for Redis.

Create an open-source Redis cache.
