I have created an application in Microsoft Partner so that I can test sending notifications with WNS. I haven't submitted the application for review because it's a test application (a sandbox, where proofs of concept are carried out). Is it possible to enable the use of WNS in the application without submitting it for review? If so, how do I get the Package SID, Application ID and client secret? If this is not possible and it is necessary to send the application for submission, would a test application (which should not be published in the microsoft store) be able to be approved?

More information: Because the application is a sandbox, its executable is not yet hosted at any address and it does not have an installer, only its executable generated in the compilation process.

    Hi Bianca Longhi,

it is possible to enable WNS for an application in Microsoft Partner Center without submitting it for review. You can access the necessary credentials (Package SID, Application ID, and Client Secret) for testing purposes once the app is registered in Partner Center. Submission is only required if you plan to publish the app to the Microsoft Store.

Please follow below document, which i believe will definitely help you on the requirement

If you have any further assistant, do let me know.
