- Ensure that the system time and date of the user computer are correct. If the system time is incorrect, the certificate verification may fail.
- Ensure that the required certificates are correctly installed on your computer. You may need to install root and intermediate certificates from your organization's Certificate Authority (CA). If you have deployed a remote desktop gateway, check its configuration and that the certificate used by the gateway is valid and trusted by the client computer.
