    Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community Forums.

To grant a user permission to start a particular service without providing Administrator access, you can use Group Policy:

    1. Open the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC).
    2. Create a new Group Policy Object (GPO) or edit an existing one.
    3. Navigate to Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> System Services.
    4. Find the service you want to configure, right-click it, and select Properties.
    5. Set the desired permissions for the user or group.

For more detailed steps, please refer to the documentation: Grant users rights to manage services - Windows Server | Microsoft Learn

Configure Group Policies to Set Security - Windows Server | Microsoft Learn

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best regards
