When i click “create a bot” and fill in the informations, finally when clicking “review + create” its loading for a long time. It doesnt let me to Create the deployment.

This is when trying to create a chatbot to help answering questions. When getting to the last page, it gets stuck just like in Vivek's pics. Do you know why this is and how to solve it? Please me know what other info I can provide.
