Please i need your help on this issue.
We are trying to move outlook folder from local storage on the MAC to Exchange Cloud Storage.
WE followed this method:
- Export the Folder: In Outlook for Mac, go to File > Export. Select the items you want to export, including the folder you're trying to move1. Save the export file with a .olm extension.
- Import to Exchange: Go to File > Import. Choose Outlook for Mac archive file (.olm) and locate the file you exported. Complete the import process.
- Move the Folder: After the import, you should see a new folder called On My Computer Archive. You can then drag and drop the items from this folder to your Exchange account.
But When I attempt the first step in the instructions, I am unable to carry it out as Outlook File/Export is greyed out, see below and I am unable to change this.

Agree with @Diane Poremsky MVP. Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present in New Outlook. It is recommended that you could post the functions you expect and your sincere suggestions on the website dedicated to collecting feedback.
