Hello there, Create the event in your outlook account ( appointment, not meeting). Open it, click on "file", then "save as", select the format "ICS" and save it on your desktop. drag and drop also the event in your outlook to have a "outlook" item The hardest part will be to store it somewhere everybody can retrieve it. If the event is expected in less than 90 days, you can put those 2 files in your OneDrive, create a "anyone with the link" and copy that link in your email . The link to the ICS file you can call it "iCAL" and the link to the outlook item, simply "outlook". Create each event in your calendar and then save the events as ICS files. Include the ICS files as attachments in a message and tell your recipients to choose the one that most fits their schedules. Details are here: https://www.slipstick.com/outlook/calendar/create-a-pick-a-meeting-request/ (Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. I faced the same challenge and found that Let's Calendar simplifies this process. It allows you to send multiple meeting options in one email, enabling recipients to choose their preferred time slot easily. The platform handles calendar syncing and RSVP tracking automatically, making scheduling more efficient.
Thanks,
Shubhi
