Migration to version-level immutability stuck

I enabled version-level immutability on all my storage containers but for some unknown reason 2 of the containers failed to enable it and now after 3 days the policy is still stuck showing as unlocked but not giving me any option to either edit or delete it. This is now also preventing me from sending anything additional data to the container. How can I either remove the policy in order to recreate it or get the migration to version-level to complete?

@Simonn Dames The only operations that are blocked are those specific to version-level immutability. All data operations should be permitted.

It creates the file and then fails. I have tried removing the policy with no luck as it offers me no option to delete or edit it as all my other containers do. Ended up creating a new container using clone in storage explorer and was able to apply version-level immutability without issues but now I am not able to remove the old container as its locked by the policy

My container has been migrating to version-level immutability for more than 4 days now.
The container does not contain more than 2MB of data.
Can I conclude that is is stuck or could you help me quantify what "a while" means, thanks. User's image

And if it is stuck, what can I do to get it unstuck?
